  • Choose your preferred tin shape, size, and construction from our extensive inventory.

  • Once your selected tin shape is confirmed, we will send you the die cut template so you can prepare your artwork accordingly.

  • You can either send us your artwork for adaptation to our die cut, or we can assist in creating the artwork based on your specifications.

Category 2: Custom Tin Design and Manufacturing

For clients seeking a unique tin shape, size, or construction, we provide a complete custom design and manufacturing service. Our process includes:

  • We start by developing a technical drawing based on your concept and provide 3D visuals to help you visualize your tin project. This ensures a clear understanding and solid foundation for mould making.

  • Once the technical drawing and 3D visuals are approved, we begin manufacturing the mould.

  • Simultaneously, we provide the die cut template for your artwork preparation. We also prepare a pre-printing design file for your approval.

  • After the design file is confirmed, we produce flat proofs for sampling. All these steps are completed during the mould manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency.

  • Upon approval of the samples, we proceed with mass production to deliver your final product.
